3. We review your application. Approved: your account becomes Agent.

Agent Terms / Dokokin Agent

1. 1. No false promises or fake prices. Only quote the prices shown in the official App, website or bots.

2. 2. Never collect customers' money into your personal account on our behalf. Customers pay only through the official App, website, bots or company account.

3. 3. Never ask anyone for their PIN, password, OTP, BVN or NIN.

4. 4. No fake accounts, self-referrals or using other people's details to earn rewards.

5. 5. No spam, harassment or misleading adverts. Promote politely and respect people who say no.

6. 6. You are not a staff member and cannot promise refunds. Send complaints to official support.

7. 7. Keep your customers' information private. Do not share or sell it.

8. 8. Use our name and logo only as provided. Do not create pages that pretend to be the official company.

9. 9. Nothing illegal: no betting, fraud or resale of stolen airtime or data.

10. 10. We may review your activity and complaints at any time. Breaking any rule can lead to suspension, loss of Agent level and forfeited rewards.

11. 11. You agree that your name, photo, location and Agent status are shown on your Agent ID card and on our public card-check page (maidanmanudatapro.com/verify-agent) so customers can confirm you are genuine. Your phone number, wallet, BVN and NIN are never shown.

12. 12. Your Agent ID card is a company card, not a government ID, and does not make you a bank or POS agent. It is valid for 12 months and must be renewed; it remains company property and must be returned or stopped if your Agent status ends.

13. 13. Applying is free for now. If an Agent fee is introduced later, it will be charged from your wallet when you apply, refunded in full if we do not approve you, and not refundable once approved.
